You can be honest about where you are
You can feel what's next before you can fully explain it
You're surrounded by women who are also rising
Because the truth is... you can be successful, capable, and still feel like something is shifting.
And most spaces?
They don't hold that.
This one does.
This room is for you if:
You feel the pull toward something bigger, but haven't fully stepped into it yet
You're in a transition, pivot, or reinvention season
You've outgrown rooms that feel surface-level or transactional
You want deeper conversations, real connection, and aligned visibility
You are ready to be seen...without performing
What Happens in This Room:
Rise Spotlights: powerful, short-form stories of reinvention from women IN the room!
Curated conversations that go beyond the dreaded "what do you do?" questions
Identity-shifting moments that challenge how you see yourself
Professional photo experience (optional or included for VIP experience)
A space designed for connection, clarity, and momentum
This is not about sitting and listening. It's about stepping into something new.
You Already Feel It...
If you've read this far, you already know.
Something is shifting.
The only question is:
Will you stay where you are?
Or step into the room that could change what's next?

I’m Carmen Davailus—artist, speaker, humanitarian/documentary photographer, and advocate for meaningful living. With a background in healthcare and a lifelong devotion to helping others thrive, I’ve spent over four decades cultivating presence as a practice—and creativity as a way of life.

Patty Farmer is a trusted Marketing, Media & Money Expert and Fractional CMO for women-owned and women-led businesses. She partners with founders to align their vision, values, voice, and visuals, blending AI-powered insights with a human-first strategy to create authentic visibility and growth—all on their own terms.

I've spent my career helping people find what they truly need, first in sales, now in real estate. As a Realtor® and Senior Home Coach™ serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I guide clients through some of life's biggest transitions, from buying their first home to helping parents downsize or age in place safely. My goal is simple: make the process smoother, more personal, and (believe it or not) even enjoyable.

I design aesthetically impactful, professional graphics—both print and digital—that not only capture attention but also communicate your brand’s message clearly. My focus is on creating polished visuals that resonate with your target audience while maintaining consistency across every channel, so your brand always looks cohesive, credible, and memorable.

Gina Waterfield and Janet Bernstein are both champions for women.
Together, they have decades of experience in coaching, transformation, professional speaking and event facilitation.
Though they come from different generations, they are united by one belief:
women are capable of far more than they often give themselves credit for.
Their strengths complement one another beautifully.
Gina brings deep expertise in confidence, connection, and embodied leadership, while Janet is known for helping women find their voice, increase their visibility, and step boldly into new possibilities.
Together, they've created Still I Rise for women who are ready for their next chapter,
their next breakthrough, and their next level of becoming.
Questions You Might be Thinking...
1. What if I don’t know anyone attending?
Perfect. This room is intentionally designed for connection that goes deeper than surface-level networking. You won’t feel like an outsider, you’ll feel like you found the right room.
2. Do I have to speak or participate?
No. You are always invited, never forced. There will be opportunities to share, connect, and even step into the spotlight… but only if it feels aligned for you. The Rise Spotlight is for those interested in applying to speak at the event. The topic would be related to reinvention, rising from the ashes, finding your voice, etc.
3. What should I wear?
Whatever makes you feel like the version of you you’re stepping into next. This isn’t about impressing anyone. It’s about showing up in a way that feels true, confident, and aligned. We will have a photographer present to capture the day. And attendees have the opportunity to participate in a professional headshot session. VIPs get this with their ticket!
4. Can I upgrade to VIP later?
If spots are still available, yes. VIP is intentionally limited to 8 women to keep the experience intimate, so once it’s full, it’s full.
5. Is this a networking event?
No. You’ll connect, yes. But this isn’t about collecting contacts. It’s about real conversation, aligned relationships, and stepping into who you’re becoming next.
6. What is your refund policy?
Due to the intimate and curated nature of this event, tickets are non-refundable. But we may have a woman in transition who needs a scholarship, and we would love to facilitate that for you and give you credit.
7. How do I know if this is right for me?
If something in you is saying “I need to be in that room”… Trust that.
